2 tablespoons lemon juice
6 cups fresh strawberries chopped, halved (or quartered if larger).
2 cups fresh blackberries v¼ cup finely chopped fresh mint
In a large bowl, pour the honey and lemon juice. Add strawberries and blackberries; Toss gently to coat. It should last at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.Stir mint before serving.
